"42" it's not just a movie,it's not just a number but a symbolic notation of a legend that embraced us with his skill & will to overcome adversity. I never got the chance to witness how great he was in the greatest era of baseball but I know how great of an athlete he was & I know what he did for sports.
I went to see this movie and it was very powerful. It is almost an exact replica of the original but much, much better. It takes you on an emotional roller coaster. Ticked me off just watching how people can be & were but it makes you respect & appreciate him even more.
Baseball movies are rare these days & when a great one like "42" comes along it's more exciting than words can describe. I suggest if anyone hasn't seen it yet,go now. It couldn't have came out at a better time.
Today is Jackie Robinson day. As we all know the entire league will wear the number 42.I'm sure it's more than an honor to wear the number. For some a dream come true. For us fans we all get to celebrate today like a holiday because in our eyes it is. It should be a national holiday & every athlete across the world in every sport should wear the number 42.
So once again THANK YOU JACKIE ROBINSON

Back to Spring Training
Back in AZ! I had to go back & I'm glad I did.
Got some good autos & a couple unexpected ones.
Went out to the Rangers facility looking to score a Rodriguez,Darvish,Cruz,Berkman or Beltre.Nice place & fans have freedom to run up to players like nothing. I was surprised!
I seen Greg Maddux helping out his brother with the team.I asked for an auto but he straight out replied with "NOPE" lol at least he's honest.
Couldn't get them all but I did get a Cruz & Murphy auto.
The next day Magic made an appearance at Camelback & signed for at least an hour.It was pretty packed but alot of people got autos.
Magic talking about March Madness
Tommy didn't look to good but still came outside to sign
Magic Johnson's suite with Newcombe,Lasorda & oh yeah that's PHIL JACKSON.
Pretty big surprise to see him there.I hunted for an auto but didn't succeed that day.I did get one the following night. He signed about 5 autos plus my ticket so I scored.
